Consist participated in the Zero Project conference in Vienna

The Zero Project Conference is a unique global event aimed at promoting accessibility for people with disabilities. Around 1,000 visitors from 100 countries attended the annual conference, which took place at the United Nations offices in Vienna, and over 10,000 people joined online.

The Consist’s team attended the event, meeting with representatives from dozens of organizations worldwide and presenting Consist’s advanced document accessibility system—NAGIX—which enables organizations to automatically transform vast quantities of documents into UA-compliant accessible PDFs according to the UA standard and the principle of inclusion in accessibility.

Ofir Grinner, Head of Digital Documents Technologies Division at Consist provided interviews to several media channels focused on accessibility, and he, along with Rami Kachlon, the system’s sales manager in Europe, met with dozens of representatives from numerous organizations involved in the field of accessibility.

Consist joins the VALUABLE 500 – the accessibility organization led by Caroline Casey.

During the conference, Consist representatives met with Caroline Casey, founder of the Valuable 500 project, who was selected by FORTUNE magazine as “one of the 50 greatest leaders in the world.” Caroline is an inspiring figure known worldwide for her relentless advocacy in support of the rights of people with disabilities. She founded the Valuable 500 organization with the goal of persuading 500 of the largest businesses in the world to make the inclusion of people with disabilities a leadership priority.

Her initiative has garnered significant attention and support, with many international companies signing on to join the organization. In recognition of her contributions, Casey has received numerous awards and was named one of the 50 greatest leaders in the world by FORBES magazine. We at Consist are excited to join Caroline’s Valuable 500 organization and contribute to creating a more accessible world through our document accessibility technology!

Additionally, Consist’s team members met with Mr. Martin Essl, founder and chairman of the ZERO PROJECT committee, and Robin Tim Weis, the project’s External Relations Manager, thanking them and the entire organization for an inspiring and excellently organized event. They also discussed plans for future fruitful collaboration between Consist and ZERO PROJECT to promote accessibility according to the principle of inclusive accessibility.
